Hi all
I have definite evidence that the Brush Turkeys of Sydney's upper north shore suburbs are breeding - a single juvenile bird (about Grey Teal size, mostly brown tones, no "wafer" tail, "fluffy" appearance) has been busy re-arranging my flower beds over the last few days. Also 30+ White Throated Needle tails were seen very high up over the house today approx 3:30pm - headed South-West (wrong way!).
Cheers
Tom Wilson
