Hi all, A 'breeding Westland Petrel female' was rescued off Port Kembla Christmas Eve 2012 and released off Sydney this week. http://taronga.org.au/blog/2013-01-24/taronga-wildlife-hospital-giving-breeding-westland-petrel-female-second-chance-at-life The bird was rescued just a few days after we had seen this bird off Wollongong (15th December 2012 SOSSA pelagic): http://www.adarman.com/Pelagics/New-South-Wales-Pelagics/2012-December-15-Wollongong I am wondering if it could have been the same bird?
