We're taking a cruise along NE coast PNG - not specialised birding but will have several shore stops. Can anyone recommend a (preferably small and not too expensive) bird fieldguide? There will be a naturalist on board and taking shore excursions but obviously they won't be with us all the time. Also would like to be able to ID oceanic / shore birds seen en route.
