BE NO ACCESS TO BIRD WATCHERS FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.  

THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR AN ANSWER IS LIKELY FROM THE END OF MARCH OR APRIL 2013. 
 
FOLLOWING ON FROM A SCHEDULED COMPANY MEETING.

I feel for John Weigel having to miss this bird as my plea to allow him in was 
rejected.
