Bens Hill Rd (near Montagu west of Smithton)
Four birds still here, with cattle on farm dam. Dam well stocked with assorted waterfowl, including eight Cape Barren Geese.

Anthony Beach Road Turnoff (west of Stanley)
Adult seen feeding chick on small dam just off Bass Hawy.

North Bruny
Saw several in three different locations, two were private property... also had a Beautiful Firetail at one location and Black-headed Honeyeaters at two.

Grey Goshawk (white phase)
Corner of Davey and Elboden Streets, South Hobart
Bird was observed perched on a chimney of large residence, before flying east.

Great Bay Bruny Island
20+ birds feeding in grassy paddock with dense herbaceous weeds, mid-afternoon.

Forty-spotted Pardalote
North Bruny Island
Pair of Forty-spotted Pardalotes feeding young in tree hollow, Dusky Robin family group (4), a pair of Beautiful Firetails, Yellow-throated Honeyeater, pair of Flame Robins, Black-headed Honeyeaters, two Wedge-tailed Eagles among other species observed at the same site with Scarlet Robin nearby. Lightly timbered drainage line adjoining linear roadside vegetation within open country.
