Hi all
saw this item on the BBC News on-line today - not lost for quite as long as 
the NZ Storm Petrel but based on where it lives, nowhere near as twitchable 
either...

It has been missing for 80 years but Sillem’s Mountain Finch Leucosticte 
sillemi has now been rediscovered on the Tibetan plateau by a trekker who 
was too ill to leave camp.
