Leucistic Magpie

I have been driving through Sunbury most mornings this week and each morning I
saw an almost totally white leucistic Magpie. I searched the Birding-Aus
archives and came up with this post from 2007 (see below). I wonder is it the
same bird?

For an almost totally white bird to last this long I would have thought was a
pretty good effort.

Where I saw it was about a kilometre away from The Nook Reserve. It seemed to
be on its own and the only interaction with other magpies was when it was
chased away.

Hi Birders
While a co-worker of mine was undertaking an ecological assessment
earlier this week, he found and photographed a leucistic Australian
Magpie. For anyone who wants to see it, it was last seen on Tuesday 10
July in Sunbury, Melbourne, at 'The Nook' Reserve (Melway Map 382 G4).
Alternatively, I can pass a photo of the bird onto anyone who is
interested.
Daniel.
