Hi Bob,
Sorry if I have sounded inconsistent but nothing has changed at all in my 
opinion.
My feeling remains the same and that is EDUCATE not JUDGE.
Educating is very different to photographing the "perpetrators" and writing to 
every government department demanding that they receive the full weight of the 
law.
