The Baillons Crakes and Spotless Crakes reported at Minnippi Parklands SEQ are still showing extremely well today. Birders can get really close. After calling into Minnippi to see the crakes I returned home via Lindum and amongst other species observed 20 Red-necked Avocets in the patch of wetland on Kianawah Road just past the Crawford Road junction and a little short of Lindum railstation in an area surrounded by residential dwellings. -- Marie Tarrant Kobble Creek, Qld =============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org =============================== |
