On the ABC news this afternoon it was reported that the Shooters Party in the Upper House of NSW gave notice today of a Private Members Bill to introduce "An Act to amend the Game and Feral Animal Control Act 2002 and the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 to make further provision with respect to the hunting or killing of game birds and other game animals; and for other purposes". I don't have any other information or what deals may have been done to get this Amendment through - but it doesn't sound good.
