Bluebonnet (Northiella haematogaster) (1) First sighting of this species in
this area.
Darter (Anhinga novaehollandiae) (1) A single Darter has been at this location
now for 3 years, would appear to be the same bird.

Date: Wednesday, June 13, 2012
Location: 3rd Avenue St Peters, just south of Stephen Terrace
Striated Pardalote (Pardalotus striatus) (1) A very unusual sighting for us
near our home. The bird was heard calling a week ago, then yesterday it was
spotted out in the open in a leafless plane tree. Maybe a year ago we heard a
pardalote in the same spot, present for a couple of weeks, but not heard or
seen since.
