Don't worry Joe, It was lovely to hear about the bird. THANKYOU for sharing it with us.It can be amazing, some of the creatures that turn up in our (Melbourne) inner city gardens. Thank goodness our predecessors had the foresight to create these parks. Thankfully our current councils maintain them. BUT sadly there are ever more incursions into them e.g. (enclosed) sports facilities, housing, hospitals, museums. Yes we definitely need these facilities too, but this should not be at the expense of inner city open and (somewhat natural) spaces!! wendy |
