Apologies,
I am new to posting on this forum. The kingfisher was in a tree just south-east
of the Melbourne Exhibition Buildings, Carlton Gardens. It was overlooking the
pond located there.
Thank you all for the tips on describing its location. I think I got so excited
about seeing it, that I just whipped off a stack of text messages and emails
all at once!
