G'day Birders I bought my Bushnell binos from the Adelaide Optical Centre, in Grenfell Street, Adelaide about four years ago. About three weeks ago one of the anchors that holds the neck strap broke. I couldn't fix it because the anchor is an integral part of the 'tube'. I took them into the Adelaide Optical Centre more in hope than expectation. Off they went to Sydney and two weeks later they're back and fixed and all it cost me was the freight of about $25. I have no commercial interest in this outlet.
