Hello Gary

Your best online resource for Southern Africa is at www.sabirding.co.za and
http://wiki.sabirding.co.za which has detailed info on 290 birding
locations. Southern Africa is an easy place to tour and driving yourself and
using local bird guides is quite feasible.

Regards
Guy Gibbon.

Hi

Can someone post the contact for equivalent to birding aus for south
africa? I seem to remember that this exists. Also, if anyone can send me
any info on birding Botswana, Namibia or South Africa that would be good.
At this stage I am thinking of driving myself and using local guides where
necessary, although I don't know if that will be possible. Probable time
of going will be Sept/Oct this year.

Thanks for any info.

Gary
