Hi everyone,
Due to some late cancellations, there are now places available on both the
Saturday and Sunday pelagic trips off Albany (south coast of WA). As usual, the
trips will depart from Emu Point Boat Harbour and be head out to the
continental shelf break to look for albatross, petrels and shearwaters. I
realise this is fairly short notice, but anyone interested can contact Alan
Collins at to reserve a place. The cost is dependent on
the number of people; it will be $150 per person if the boat is full (18
passengers), $180 if there are 15 people (quoted cost is per trip).
Previous trip reports can be seen at
http://members.iinet.com.au/~foconnor/pelagics/pelagics.htm and give an idea of
what can be seen
As with most (?all) Australian pelagics, these trips are organised on a
not-for-profit basis, the cost of hiring the boat is shared equally between all
participants
Cheers,
John
