Hi Chris,
We visited LHI in October 2009 and stayed at Blue Lagoon. This was chosen on a
budget basis (as I think it was the cheapest!) and it was quite suitable for an
8 day stay. It had limited kitchenette facilities, so we either cooked
everything on a BBQ outside or went out for dinner. It was a great central
location, a short walk to either side of the island and down to the general
store / restaurants. We hired bikes for the day time and caught the shuttle
buses at night to the restaurants. As the others have said, the accomodation
included airport pick up and delivery.
