WA Black Cockatoos draft referral guidelines - submissions closing

Hi all,

Birders in WA may be interested to know that draft EPBC Act referral guidelines 
for Western Australian black cockatoos are out for public comment and that 
comments need to be sent in before close of business tomorrow.
