Okay, we've had some great response to the article on Australian Top10 birding
sites. But clearly anyone who chooses just 10 is going to leave out a LOT of
great places (which is why ours was slightly tongue-in-cheek).
So, prompted by suggestions by a few readers, we're opening it up to you -
WHAT ARE YOUR TOP 10 AUSTRALIAN BIRDING SITES?
They don't have to be in any particular order. We're intrigued to see how many
we all agree on. We'll undoubtedly publish these as a map ... no doubt of great
interest to fellow and honorary Aussie birders. You can either leave your list
on birding-aus, email us privately at or post a comment here
