Gooday BA A friend has a photo he took at Byron Bay recently. I am sure that it is simply a Lewin's Honeyeater. However, it has an unusual or not normal, I don't think, broad whitish/yellow band on the undertail. If a kind person who knows these birds could have a look at the image could they please confirm or correct the ID. If interested please let me know and I will send the image to you. Thanks heaps Greg Little Greg Little - Principal Consultant General Flora and Fauna PO Box 526 Wallsend, NSW, 2287, Australia Ph 02 49556609 Fx 02 49556671 www.gff.com.au =============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org =============================== |
