Went up to Chain Valley Bay today to check out the Swift Parrots which are still there. Despite windy conditions i managed some photos in much better conditions than last week near Wyong. Numbers were really hard to tell but probably no more than 20 birds today. It was a great parrot day though with Little, Scaly-breasted & rainbow Lorikeets, Crimson & Eastern Rosellas, Swift Parrots, Galahs, and Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoos! I've uploaded some images from today onto my pbase site in case anyone would like to have a look. I plan to upload some from last week shortly too. http://www.pbase.com/davidstowe/swift_parrot Cheers, David Stowe =============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org =============================== |
