Baillon's Crake
Pentland dam
Around 10:30 am & in bright sunlight, we stopped here to hopefully see the reported Baillon's Crake. 3 (2 A + 1 imm) were wandering around in the open amongst the 100s of other waterbirds present including many colourful Cotton Pygmy-Geese. An excellent spot for any travelling birdo.
