In other news of last weekend, hundreds of empty (plastic) shotgun cartridges were found. Some been used for illegal lead shot. No DSE wildlife officers were seen all weekend, on any of the four wetlands covered by duck rescuers.Sources in the DSE have told the Coalition Against Duck Shooting that there is no money to employ any wildlife officers. Hence, numerous breaches of the law take place unchecked. =============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org =============================== |
