George Swann in Broome may be available to your dad.
 
If he really is targetting Gouldians, he shouldn't find it too difficult 
between Kununurra - Whyndam in the Parry's Lagoon area (fantastic area for Star 
Finch & Yellow-rumped Mannikin too!). Also the along the road into Lake Argyle 
is very good for Gouldians & Pictorella Mannikins.
 
But if he really does need a guide, then George may be in the area to help.
