Hi all,

As pelagics and vagrant sea birds are currently in the news I thought I
would mention that there is a trip scheduled to go out of Eden on 29th May.
Contact Helen at - - if you are interested.

It maybe too late for the current Great Shearwater irruption, but then again
maybe they will be passing by on their way back to NZ (smile).

One was seen off Eden on the BOCA trip on 05/03 this year so maybe they
arrived off the southern coast about then and have spread west? It will be
great to hear if they are still off the east coast of Tasmania. That could
mean that, at the moment, there is a general spread of them from approx 140
deg East to 150 deg East.

cheers

Jen
