Dear All
someone I used to know when I lived in Hong Kong is trying to get more people 
to look at a Pterodroma photographed from land (Deep Bay of all places) in Hong 
Kong some 10 years ago.
Take a look and let him know your thoughts. To me the shape and pattern is an 
intermediate Herald Petrel?
I'd be interested in others thoughts (as I am sure John would be).
