Published sightings for the week ending 20 Mar 2011.

Sun 20 Mar Barred Cuckooshrike Crown Hotel Dayboro
3-4 birds in fruiting fig tree in front of hotel, also large numbers of Figbirds and White-headed Pigeons.

Sat 19 Mar White Tern, Black Noddy, Tahiti Petrels Southport Pelagic
1 White Term, 1 Black Noddy, 20 + Tahiti Petrel. Also 10+ Wilson's Storm Petrels, 100s of Wedge-tailed, good nos. of Flesh-footed, 1 Fluttering and 10+ Hutton's Shearwater, Pomerine 12+ and Arctic 2-3 Jaegers, Common, Little, Gull-billed, Crested and 2 Caspian Tern. Pied and Little Black Cormorants. (my estimates). Also 2 Pacific Reef Egrets off the shelf!

Wandering Tattler Beach Stone Curlew Caloundra
2 Wandering Tattlers near King's Beach.3 Beach Stone-Curlews seen on a sandbank at the entrance to Plumicestone passage,also a few Double-banded Plovers,several 100 Common and a few White-winged Black Terns here.Up to 200 White-throated Needletails flew through ahead of a storm front

Satin Flycatcher Anstead Bush Reserve
Female. Bright orangey breast caught my eye, then contrasting dark head, as well as pale tertial edgings and pale edge to tail. Also four female Leaden Flycatchers today to compare.
