This afternoon I had a Red-browed Treecreeper in the Mapleton Forest Reserve on the Sunshine Coast. This species is becoming increasingly scarce in southeast Queensland and it is some time since I've found them in the hinterland. Later, after dusk, I had Marbled Frogmouths calling at two sites, with one bird showing well.
