Re the appeal for Barbary Dove sightings in Melbourne - as reported on Birdline Vic recently, I saw one bird at their old favourite spot near the mouth of Kororoit Creek, on Maddox Road in Williamstown. Either someone's letting them go in that area or the previous breeding population there had more birds which dispersed away from the site but have returned.
