My bowls practice was interrupted yesterday by watching what I took to be australian goshawk (based on size and wing shape, but at some distance without binoculars) being shadowed by a flock of galahs. There was a large flock of galahs in the air but approx 20-30 of them broke from main flock and followed every move of the goshawk. The galahs called constantly as they did this. gary =============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: http://birding-aus.org =============================== |
