Puzzled over names in Simpson & Day

C&B is surely the current standard for names in Aus. They agree with
King-Parrot, have Glossy Black-Cockatoo, agree with Carnaby's, Fig-Parrot
and Red-tailed. In other words S&D seem to have Glossy wrong but the rest
right
