There is just one Red-billed Tropicbird not paired with a Red-tailed Tropicbird which is why the word 'nest' was in parenthesis. Although of similar size it has been observed to 'bully' Red-tailed Tropicbirds and possibly destroyed an adjacent nest of that species.
