Hi All,
FYI. As noted below the traditional owners will be conducting Princess Parrot
day tours this week and next. For further information call the Central Land
Council on (08) 8951 6211.
Combining a trip for the parrot with a search for Australian Painted Snipe and
a chance to see the outback at its very best sounds perfect.
Cheers,
Tim Dolby

Subject: princess parrot update
Hi Tim
As you are probably aware, traditional owners are conducting day trip tours of
the princess parrot site west of the Mereenie Loop Road this week and next.
Parks and Wildlife Service staff are currently at the nesting site (they are
there this morning) and report that the princess parrots are still present. If
you are able to post this update on relevant bird groups that would be
appreciated.
Thanks Tim,
Cheers Sam
