Call me slow but I was only just made aware that Kingfisher Park, Julatten is 
for sale to birders. As you all know it's a brilliant spot for birds and 
mammals and just living!

Apparently the "grapevine" included an ad in Wingspan this year which I 
completely missed. 

It strikes me that for birders looking for a business it's a brilliant 
opportunity, (big shoes to fill though) ;-)

Sadly it's out of my league and Keith and Lindsay have already turned down my 
meagre offer!

Contact Keith for further information. Or discreetly pass on to birding buddies 
who may be interested.
