I agree. I instantly thought of Eastern Yellow Robin. I have heard the
call at other times of day as well.

it doesn't match my memory of the cadence of either Noisy Miners or
Striated Pardalotes. Would anyone have suggestions as to what species might
be making such a call in SEQ?
