3 adult Orange-bellied Parrots (1 male + 2 females) were seen this afternoon by members of the Melbourne Water Biodiversity Conservation Advisory Committee during an inspection of conservation works at the Western Treatment Plant, Werribee. I have passed on details of the precise location to Peter Menkhorst but will not publicise it here, as requested, so as to avoid possible disturbance to the birds.
