The elusive Gray Falcon has been spotted 3 times in the last week at Kilcowera Station in SW Queensland. Rain earlier in the year has seen the place transformed from the drought declared place it has been in recent years. Just about all the birds on Kilcowera's bird list are likely to be seen over the coming months. The Eremophilas are just starting to flower which will attract the honey eaters back as the cold weather arrives. Recent visitors have added 3 new birds to our list, the Great Crested Grebe, Caspian Tern and the Little Black Cormorant.
