OOPS!  Sorry!.  Finally did what I should have done in the first place: Look
at HAZAAB.

All I wanted to know, and more, in two papers (in Emu v.97, 4)  by Geoffrey
C. Smith & Darryl N. Jones (pp290-295) and by Darryl N. Jones & Geoffrey C.
Smith (pp.296-304).

And yes, the final clap of the "gobble" call is a bill-clap.
