The original suggestion was only about the format of coordinates for the Atlas 
forms, not the sharing of coordinates with other people so they can go to those 
locations. However, I wonder how many people derive the coordinates for their 
Atlas forms from maps rather than GPSs.  Those people need the option of 
entering DMS coordinates.
