Published sightings for the week ending 18 Apr 2010.

Fri 16 Apr      Beach Stone-Curlew Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast 
Two birds feeding on sandflats in late afternoon

Mon 12 Apr      Masked Owl Jimna Forest Station 
Two birds calling, the female seen well

Sun 4 Apr       Red-rumped Swallow Newell Beach 
2 - Unusual late season sighting - normally in this location December-

Mon 29 Mar      Grey-crowned Babbler Wilston 
Incidental sighting of a lone Grey-crowned Babbler in a small backyard
of dwelling. Bird was happily babbling away while sitting on a pergola.
It then flew down to the ground where it had a dust bath and fed for a
while before flying to the neighbours yard. Bird looked perfectly
healthy and content. I have never seen balllers in the inner city
suburbs of Brisbane before
