Louise and I have spent the last two days scouring beaches and rocks from Forster down to Seal Rocks without finding the Magellanic Penguin. There are a lot of places for it to disappear from human view so it's a little like a needle in a haystack job! Still, the weather was great and we saw a lot of birds including a Black-necked Stork on Leneghans Flats near Minmi on the way home this afternoon.
