Birdline North Queensland 

Published sightings for the week ending 7 Mar 2010.

Mon 1 Mar       Red-tailed Black Cockatoo Atherton area 
Eight bird in almost leafless White Cedar east of the strawberry farm on
the Gillies Highway, Marks Lane intersection. Three flocks totalling
nearly 130 birds flying south over 'Homstead' on Beantree Road, Tolga.
This is the third year that the birds have moved into the agricultural
lands of the central Atherton Tablelands at this time of year

At least three birds heard calling
