Double-banded Plover, Manly, QLD and Victoria

Hi Chris and others,

i cannot comment on the usuall arival dates of Double-banded Plovers but i saw 
my first one for the year on the first of Febrary near Wonthaggi in Victoria.

several others have arrived since then, at last count (yesterday) there were a 
toal of four.
