NSW Scientific Committee Determinations

Dear All,

For your information; the NSW Scientific Committee has made the  
following Final Determinations and classified the following species  
under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995:
Pied Oystercatcher - Haematopus longirostris Veillot 1817 - Endangered

Flame Robin - Petroica phoenicea Gould 1837 - Vulnerable
Scarlet Robin - Petroica boodang Lesson 1838 - Vulnerable
Little Eagle - Hieraetus morphnoides Gould 1841 - Vulnerable
Spotted Harrier - Circus assimilis Jardine and Selby 1828- Vulnerable
Varied Sittella Daphoennositta chrysoptera Latham 1802 - Vulnerable
