High tide roosts on the sunshine coast?

I was considering heading out tomorrow morning to coincide with high tide - I 
normally head for Toorbul, but wondered if there are any other worthwhile sites 
further north on the Sunshine Coast ( ie Caloundra etc) where I might see or 
photograph migratory shorebirds, terns etc  - any feedback/directions 
appreciated
