In reference to some comments re the less scholarly nature of the BOCA
journal yesterday, it's worth noting that BA's Wingspan does publish quite a
few articles reporting on bird research, which are generally pretty readable
& of course embellished with full-colour photography. So there is that
avenue to help fill the gap between scholarly Emu-type articles, and the
more general interest which Wingspan also runs...
