Hi Phil,
I'm quite interested in cryptic animals, in particular the thylacine. Regarding
using film - he's right to do so. It is easier to make a case for the existence
of a species using film than digital because manipulation of digital
Images is too easy.
The crypto website didn't break the news; someone posted the press release and
cryptomundo quoted it. Others have criticised the avenue of publishing the
claim, but as a web developer it is common practice to leverage free press
release sites to gain publicity.
Cautiously, I'd say hold the judgement until we have the photos and detailed
back story to evaluate.
Again, I find the earlier film (2004?) footage encouraging
Cheers
Chris.

Here we go again, honestly I do want to believe it's been rediscovered but this
whole thing reeks-- develop his film? in 2010? On a crypto-zoology site?
........ It's not even April 1. Be glad to be wrong but I don't think so
