Paul and others I do have another equally poor photograph and I'll try to upload that tonight. Triller was my first thought because I saw several before and after Goschen. However, the wing pattern didn't seem right. Not really obvious in the photograph is a light speckling on the back and I was wondering if this may be immature plumage Regards David "Paul Hackett" < d.com> To "birding aus" 29/12/09 01:59 PM <>, <> cc Subject Re: [Birding-Aus] Help with ID - Goschen Bushland Reserve, NW Vic Hi David and all, I would be inclined to go with female White-winged Triller. The lack of white edges to the tail rules out female or juvenile Hooded Robin for me, By the way, did you manage to get any other photos of the bird in question?
