Thanks to those on the list who offered suggestions as to where I could get my KOWA scope repaired. After 'phoning around the traps I found that Taree Camera House repairs spotting scopes. Other options pursued either don't repair scopes or have to send them to Japan (KOWA scopes at least) so the Taree option is a much better one.
