Hi all Many thanks to those who replied to my RFI about the bush stone curlews at Qld Uni. I got some lovely footage of a family of 2 adults and a chick I found within minutes in the same garden where they have been nesting for some time. Patience was rewarded after an hour when they all got up from their siesta on cue and headed out for dinner. If only my family could get out of the house that quickly! Now one more favour: Does anyone have a good quality recording of the curlew's call or know where I could get a hold of one to use in our short film? We've tried and failed numerous times and are a running out of time. Respond off list if you like.
